I wanted to let you know about our SEPTIC SERVICES. As you may already know; we are a full service company working hard to make it easy for you.

Included are our Septic Compliance/Design prices, Water Testing prices, and Septic Pumping Prices.

The Compliance and Design prices are based on the county the home is in. The Pumping prices are based on City. Due to the ever changing economy; these prices may fluctuate. We strive to keep any price changes to a minimum.

Anoka, Sherburne, Wright

• Septic Compliance – $300
• Septic Design – $400

Benton, Hennepin, Isanti, Mille Lacs

• Septic Compliance – $350
• Septic Design – $450

Chisago, Kanabec, Sterns

• Septic Compliance – $400
• Septic Design – $500

(Note: Compliance prices do not include County Permit fees. Ex. Chisago County. Prices may vary if extensive labor is needed or if soil pits need to be dug because borings can’t be done. )

(Note: The prices above do not include pumping the tank at inspection. Cities and Counties are slowly starting to require pumping at the time of the inspection..)

Water Testing Prices:

(Prices reflect tests being taken at time of Septic Compliance and home is already De-Winterized.)

• Coliform Bacteria and Nitrates – $75
• Lead Test – $75
• Wells Fargo Test – $25

Septic Pumping:

(Cost may increase dependent on city, tank locations onsite, tank)

I also wanted to include within this letter is a brief summary of all our services. We offer many services, from; Roll-offs, full excavating, silt fence installation, demolition, sewer and water hook-up, winterize and de-winterize homes, and landscaping, to hauling black dirt and gravel.
