Steinbrecher Companies offers three standard sizes for roll-off dumpsters.
We have 12 yard, 20 yard, and 30 yard boxes. Their approximate sizes are:
Generally we can deliver roll-off dumpsters the next day. We do understand that some circumstances require faster service and we try to accommodate accordingly.

*Note: Asbestos Insulation will need to be bagged in 10ml plastic and you will need to complete and Abatement

These items need to have their own dumpsters: THESE ITEMS SHOULD NOT BE MIXED
* Extra charges may apply if the following are in DEMO or MSW boxes

- DOA’s (Deceased Animals)
- Railroad Ties/Telephone Poles
- Rock / Retaining wall block
* Boxes are rented for 10 consecutive days. Should you need the boxes longer than the original 10 days, Steinbrecher Companies needs to be contacted before the 9th day. Steinbrecher Companies does not guarantee the box on site for longer than 10 days, but will try to accommodate if possible.
* Boxes cannot be loaded with more than 5 ton of material. Boxes cannot be compacted. Extra charges may apply if box has been compacted.
* For MSW Boxes: The allowed weight for a 12 yard box is 3 ton. The allowed weight for 20 and 30 yard boxes is 5 ton. You will be charged $75/ton extra for the amount you are overweight. Boxes cannot be compacted. Extra charges may apply if box has been compacted.
* Boxes CAN NOT be filled over the top of box.
* Steinbrecher Companies takes all necessary precautions when dropping, placing and/or picking up the box; but we are not responsible for any damage done to lawn, landscaping, or driveway in the path between the road and where the box is placed.
